Position Details
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Denton, TX

Schedule:

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (3 openings)
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (5 openings)

Pay Rates: Weekday $42.50hour and weekend shift: $45.00
Shifts are scheduled Sunday through Saturday and alternate based on staffing needs.

Contract Length: 6 Months

Candidates may begin on any day of the week once all pre-employment requirements have been completed.
Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as complex medical, behavioral, and mental health needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LVN who enjoys making a lasting impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients regarding medications and treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate medical documentation.
• Perform computer data entry and maintain electronic records (training provided).
• Follow facility policies and clinical procedures to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience.
• Ability to meet all required immunization requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete a drug screening and fingerprint background check.
• Completion of all required pre-employment training.
