We're looking for a Therapist to join our clinical team.
Pay: Starting at $80,000-$100,000/year, DOE and licensure.

What You'll Do:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program and school needs.
- Develop and oversee treatment across individual, family, and group modalities - clinical assessment, service planning, milieu therapy, counseling, case management, record keeping, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Build expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness, change models, and motivational interviewing - with the backing of a collaborative clinical team, not in isolation.
- Assess and document the effectiveness of interventions against treatment plan goals.
- Document all therapy sessions and client-related contacts.
To Be Considered:
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful in your work with others.
- Current licensure as required by your program location.
- Willingness to obtain required CEUs annually to maintain licensure.
- One year of prior experience in a residential or school setting with at-risk youth, their families, and/or the Juvenile Justice System.
- Eligible to be an ROP driver: current state driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past three years.
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
