What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families across a range of presenting concerns
- Work a minimum of 10 clinical hours a week
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-family wellness and continuity of care
- Develop & Facilitate groups, workshops, and community trainings
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation during protected administrative time
- Contribute ideas and insight to ongoing program development and team consultations
Who You Are
- Fully licensed in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (no supervision required)
- Experienced working with children, youth, and/or families in a clinical setting
- Skilled in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, or family systems approaches
- Culturally responsive, collaborative, and passionate about community-centered care
- Preferred (not required): Ready to grow from part-time hours into a full caseload as our practice expands

Compensation
- Offering $55 to $65 an hour commensurate with experience and licensure
