Job Title: Clinical Supervisor - LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist

Location: San Diego, CA (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)

Salary: $81,120.00 - $87,360.00

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical experience of therapists, interns, and trainees while managing service quality and compliance. You'll ensure trauma-informed, person-centered care while providing clinical supervision in alignment with BBS standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision for pre-licensed staff and interns


  • Lead weekly face-to-face supervision and group supervision meetings


  • Conduct trainings on clinical trends, crisis management, documentation, and interventions


  • Review and approve clinical documentation for compliance and quality


  • Collaborate on program development and evidence-based practice implementation


  • Maintain HIPAA and ethical standards across all client services
