Licensed Substance Use Disorder Psychotherapist ( LICSW or LMHC) to join our team in Worcester, MAPosition Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:The Behavioral Health Provider will work directly with Primary Care providers in our fully integrated model. The Integrated Behavioral Health Provider is responsible for providing treatment using therapeutic intervention to patients with various behavioral health and psychological conditions to include all levels of acuity. Responsibility also includes providing short term therapy using evidence-based tools like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as part of treatment.
- Provide treatment for primary care patients for behavioral health disorders, symptoms and conditions including substance use disorders.
- Enhance patient engagement by using evidenced based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Help implement treatment plans with site specific Integrated Clinician and regional Prescribers (Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists).
- Provide care both in-person and via telehealth, with all necessary equipment provided.
- Possible opportunities to provide clinical supervision to early careers clinicians.

Required Qualifications:- Clear, active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts
Preferred Qualifications:- At least one year of experience with SUD and/or dual diagnoses patients
- Experience with individual counseling
- Experience running groups: educational, skills based and process groups
- Knowledge of health psychology is preferred
- Experience in CBT and motivational interviewing
- Familiarity with local community resources

The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
