Competitive pay structure: Base pay typically ranges from $45-$55 per hour, with uncapped commissions offering the potential to earn $100+ per hour.
Qualifications: - Washington Journeyman Electrician License.
- Residential service experience required.
- Must have valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
- MUST be a culture fit: hungry, humble, smart.
- Physically able to lift heavy objects if needed.
- Work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions
Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot residential system components to resolve electrical issues
- Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet code requirements
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers.
- Actively participate in training opportunities for continuous professional growth and development.
