  • Host client consultations, showings, and open houses
  • Actively follow up with contacts via calls, texts, and email systems
  • Use CRM and team tools to manage pipeline and tasks (Brivity)
  • Attend team huddles and weekly accountability meetings
  • Follow proven scripts, dialogues, and playbooks to move deals forward
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and service
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit weekly goals
