Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Convert and manage leads provided by the team, alongside your own sphere and referrals
  • Consult with buyers and sellers, from first conversation to close
  • Win listings and market homes using expert pricing, staging, and preparation strategies
  • Negotiate confidently and effectively on behalf of your clients
  • Host open houses to build pipeline and local market relationships
  • Track activity, tasks, and follow-up in Brivity
  • Participate in team trainings and contribute your expertise to newer agents
Qualifications

You're a Great Fit for This Role If You Are:

  • A licensed real estate agent in Texas with an established production history
  • Experienced in managing your own pipeline, negotiations, and client relationships independently
  • Skilled in real estate sales, including building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals
  • An excellent communicator, written and verbal
