Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: Arkansas
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients across Arkansas through a fully remote counseling practice. The work is centered on helping people better understand what they are experiencing and develop practical ways to manage emotional, behavioral, and day-to-day challenges. You'll provide steady clinical support in a structured environment where strong communication, sound judgment, and consistency in care are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled individual counseling sessions through telehealth
  • Complete intake assessments and review relevant clinical history
  • Identify treatment priorities and establish clear therapeutic goals
  • Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client's presentation
  • Monitor changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical records
  • Respond appropriately to changes in client needs or level of risk
  • Follow Arkansas licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills
