Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual mental health support to clients through scheduled telehealth sessions. In this role, you will assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide ongoing counseling, and maintain clear clinical documentation. This position is best suited for someone who works well independently, communicates clearly, and is comfortable managing a consistent remote caseload.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations
  • Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client needs and respond appropriately to risk concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and legal standards

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active West Virginia LPC license in good standing
  • Experience providing mental health counseling to adults, adolescents, or families
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and ethical practice
