Full Job Description
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide virtual therapy to clients across Texas through scheduled telehealth sessions. This role involves helping clients work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, and major life changes. You will complete assessments, create treatment plans, guide clients through ongoing sessions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. This is a full-time counseling role for an LPC who is comfortable providing consistent, professional care in a remote setting.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans based on clinical needs
  • Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and life changes
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes, treatment updates, and required records
  • Use evidence-based counseling methods appropriate to each client's goals
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Previous clinical counseling experience required
  • Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
