Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: Tennessee
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This full-time remote LPC role is centered on providing therapy services to clients through a telehealth model. You will help individuals manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges by offering structured counseling, completing assessments, building treatment plans, and tracking progress over time. The role is ideal for a clinician who values organized care delivery and consistent client contact.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual counseling sessions through video-based telehealth appointments
  • Perform initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations

  • Keep documentation complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Maintain ethical and professional counseling standards

Requirements
