Licensed Professional Counselor Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role SummaryThis position offers Licensed Professional Counselors the opportunity to provide structured mental health care in a telehealth environment. You will work with adults managing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, delivering therapy that supports stability, insight, and progress over time.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with assigned clients
- Assess mental health needs and establish care plans
- Maintain clinical notes and progress reports
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state compliance standards
- Participate in periodic clinical check-ins
Requirements- Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
