Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) In this remote telehealth position, the Licensed Professional Counselor will provide counseling services to clients who need support with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. You will conduct virtual sessions, help clients build coping skills, track progress over time, and adjust treatment plans as needed. The role requires strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with clients through an online care setting.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Provide remote counseling sessions for clients through a secure video platform
- Assess client needs and develop clear, realistic treatment plans
- Support clients dealing with mental health symptoms, stress, relationship concerns, grief, and life changes
- Track client progress and update goals as treatment continues
- Maintain accurate clinical records according to professional and legal standards
- Use evidence-based therapy techniques based on client presentation and treatment goals
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks within required timelines
Requirements- Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Previous clinical counseling experience required
- Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
- Strong documentation and time management skills
