Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Minnesota Remote / Telehealth
Full-Time $115,000-$120,000 per year + full benefits
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
What This Role Involves

This position focuses on providing consistent virtual counseling to clients across Minnesota. You'll meet with clients by video, assess their needs, create treatment plans, document progress, and adjust care when appropriate.

Strong rapport, sound clinical judgment, and clear treatment planning are central to the work.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions
  • Complete intake assessments and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate progress notes
  • Apply evidence-informed counseling approaches based on client goals
  • Review progress and update treatment direction when clinically appropriate
  • Create a supportive virtual environment where clients can reflect and plan next steps

Requirements
  • Active Minnesota LPCC license in good standing
  • Ability to build rapport through video sessions and maintain a consistent full-time schedule
  • Comfort supporting adult clients with a range of behavioral health concerns
  • Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a closely related field
  • Professional experience providing therapy in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or similar settings
