Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience and one year in home health nursing.
• Ability to conduct nursing visits per physician's treatment orders and maintain proper medical records.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse status in the relevant state.
• Valid CPR certification is required while in a clinical role.
• Licensed driver capable of traveling to various locations.

Responsibilities
