What You'll Do- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Monitor resident health and report changes in condition
- Support and implement resident care plans
- Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day
What You'll Need- Current Hawaii LPN license
- Strong nursing and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
