About the RoleHello, LPNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring multiple Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support students in the Spanaway, Washington area. These positions involve providing individualized nursing care to students with a variety of medical needs throughout the school day. Specific responsibilities and schedules will vary by assignment.

What You'll Do- Provide nursing support to students during the school day
- Monitor students' health and respond appropriately to medical needs
- Follow individualized healthcare and emergency care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as assigned
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Support students' safe participation in school activities
- Assist with transportation needs when required by the assignment
What We're Looking For- Active Washington State LPN license or qualifying multistate nursing license
- Experience supporting children with medical needs preferred
- Specialized nursing experience, such as tracheostomy or G-tube care, may be required for certain assignments
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting and background checks
- Reliable, attentive, and comfortable working in a school environment
