Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health
Billet Health | Per Diem or Full-Time Caseload
Position Overview
This role provides in-home skilled nursing care with flexible scheduling and visit-based assignments. Our staffing team coordinates patient visits based on clinical needs, and LPNs have the flexibility to build their own caseload.
Typical visits range from 45-60 minutes.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Support RN Case Managers in implementing care plans
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Assist with patient education and ongoing care coordination
- Document care accurately and timely
- Maintain patient safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
- CPR or BLS certification
- Current TB test (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
Additional Information
Care is provided in patients' homes or residential facilities. Compensation includes travel within a 20-mile radius, with additional pay opportunities for extended travel.
New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome. Training is provided for Home Health onboarding.
Compensation
- $45.00/hour starting pay (based on experience)
- Per diem or full-time availability
