Licensed Physical Therapist - Cherrelyn Healthcare Center | Littleton, CO

Part-Time & Full-Time | $45-$52/hr DOE
The Role

You'll carry a structured caseload of skilled nursing residents, developing and executing individualized PT plans that directly impact mobility, functional independence, and discharge outcomes.

Your day-to-day includes:
  • Initial evaluations and goal-setting for new admissions
  • Therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance work, and functional mobility
  • Transfer training and assistive device assessment
  • Coordinating with nursing, OT, SLP, and care teams on shared resident goals
  • Family education on home safety, carry-over exercises, and discharge prep
  • Documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility standards

Requirements
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapy license in good standing
