Complete Care at Regent is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 180-bed skilled nursing and long-term care center in Hackensack, New Jersey. Recently renovated and continually investing in our residents and team members, our facility is positioned for continued growth and quality improvement. Responsibilities of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
  • Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Promote excellence in resident care, customer satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering accountability and teamwork
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
  • Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census growth
  • Partner with regional leadership to achieve organizational goals
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community
