Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Location: North Miami, FL

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Placement

A well-established skilled nursing facility in the North Miami area is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead facility operations, support department leaders, and maintain a strong resident-focused culture.

This is an opportunity for an administrator who knows how to balance operations, staff leadership, regulatory readiness, quality outcomes, and financial performance while building trust with residents, families, and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for skilled nursing facility operations
