Summary

As a Nursing Home Administrator at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facilities. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a compassionate environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Minimum starting salary for the position is $110,000.00 annually; salary is negotiable based on experience.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.
