DescriptionSummaryAs a Nursing Home Administrator at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facilities. Minimum starting salary for the position is $110,000.00 annually; salary is negotiable based on experience.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
- Lead and supervise staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare practices.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively.
- Foster relationships with residents, families, and the community to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance.
RequirementsRequirements- Currently a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio
- Proven experience in healthcare management or as a nursing home administrator is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources efficiently.
