We're actively hiring Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers and Branch Owners who want to build or grow their book of business in a high-performance, low-hassle environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate a full suite of loan products: FHA, VA, Reverse, DSCR, Fix & Flip, Commercial, and more.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the loan process, from application to closing.
- Work leads provided by Secure Lending Inc. or generate your own for maximum earning potential.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
- Branch Owners: Run your branch with full operational control and access to backend support and compliance oversight.
Qualifications
Loan Officers:
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
- Minimum 2 years of loan origination experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
- Strong sales, communication, and client relationship skills
Branch Owners:
- Active MLO license
- Proven track record running a producing branch for at least 2 years
- Ability to manage your own P&L and team, if applicable
- Self-sourced business required
Compensation
- Loan Officer Pay: $125,000 and $175,000/year (Commission-Only)
- Branch Owner Pay: $171,317 and $202,864+ per year (Commission -Only based on volume and branch performance)
