Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote in Washington

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
In this role, you'll work with adults and families to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship stress all while supporting them in building practical tools for everyday life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy sessions virtually through secure platforms.
  • Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Track progress, adjust goals, and maintain clinical documentation.
  • Offer guidance and coping strategies clients can use day to day.
  • Participate in remote peer consultations and training sessions.
