Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an Arkansas-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to join our remote clinical team. This position is centered on helping clients understand what is affecting their mental health, work through ongoing challenges, and build healthier ways of coping with everyday life.

You will manage a regular caseload, lead virtual therapy sessions, and use your clinical experience to shape care around each client's situation. The role offers a dependable weekday schedule for therapists who value focused client work, professional independence, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead confidential video therapy sessions with clients throughout Arkansas
  • Gather relevant clinical history and identify concerns that should be addressed in treatment
  • Work with clients to define practical goals and a clear direction for therapy
  • Provide support for concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship strain, and major life adjustments
  • Select therapeutic techniques that are appropriate for the client's needs and circumstances
  • Review changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progress throughout treatment
  • Record session details and clinical updates in a clear and timely manner
  • Respond appropriately when a client presents with safety or crisis concerns
  • Practice in accordance with professional ethics, privacy requirements, and Arkansas licensing standards
