Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn an additional monthly performance-based bonus based on applicable productivity and performance expectations.

🕐 Build a Caseload That Fits Your Life

You'll carry approximately 15-36 sessions per week, depending on whether you choose part-time or full-time.

Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2-9 PM, with weekend availability a plus.

And with a strong referral flow, you can focus less on finding clients and more on doing the clinical work you were trained to do.

What You'll Do

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Conducting clinical intakes and developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy
  • Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
  • Providing family education and care coordination
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
  • ♥ Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
  • Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs


What We're Looking For

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about children and families and excited to help us establish a strong clinical presence in Illinois.

You'll need:
