🕐 Build a Caseload That Fits Your LifeYou'll carry approximately
15-36 sessions per week, depending on whether you choose part-time or full-time.
Most clinicians work
weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2-9 PM, with weekend availability a plus.
And with a strong referral flow, you can focus less on finding clients and more on
doing the clinical work you were trained to do. What You'll DoYou'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting clinical intakes and developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy
- Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
- Providing family education and care coordination
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
- ♥ Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
- Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for clinicians who are passionate about children and families and excited to help us establish a strong clinical presence in Illinois.
You'll need:- Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms
