Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote practice serving clients across Nebraska. The work is a good fit for an LMFT who values consistency, thoughtful client care, and a clear clinical structure. You'll have regular weekday hours and the opportunity to work with people navigating relationship concerns, family stress, and other challenges that affect everyday life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scheduled telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment priorities
  • Develop individualized treatment goals based on client needs
  • Address relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional distress, and related mental health concerns
  • Use appropriate therapeutic approaches informed by relational and family systems practice
  • Review client progress and make changes to care when clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow Nebraska licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and telehealth guidelines

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
  • Active LMFT license
  • Experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is a plus
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
