Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Massachusetts
Work Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $115,000-$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
The Role

You'll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout Massachusetts, helping clients work through concerns such as relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting challenges, anxiety, grief, and major life changes. Your clinical work will include meeting with clients, assessing their needs, setting treatment goals, and using therapy to help them make practical changes. You'll also keep treatment plans and clinical notes up to date.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
  • Work with individuals, couples, and families according to their presenting concerns
  • Complete intake sessions and assess client history, symptoms, and goals
  • Develop treatment plans based on each client's needs
  • Help clients work on communication, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and conflict
  • Review progress and adjust treatment goals when needed
  • Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow Massachusetts requirements for telehealth practice
