Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Mississippi

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary:We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Louisiana. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, family stress, life changes, and mental health challenges through structured, evidence-based care delivered by telehealth. Your day-to-day work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, ongoing counseling, progress tracking, and clear clinical documentation.
Responsibilities:- Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess client needs, concerns, and relationship or family dynamics
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Use appropriate therapeutic models for family systems, couples counseling, and related concerns
- Coordinate care when needed with other providers or support services
Requirements- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Active Mississippi LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong understanding of family systems and relationship-based treatment approaches
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
