Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist role focuses on providing high-quality therapy through a virtual care model. Employment Type: Full-Time
Annual Pay: $115,000-$120,000 with full benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients throughout Texas
- Provide therapy for couples, families, and individuals facing relational or emotional concerns
- Gather clinical history, review presenting concerns, and create clear treatment goals
- Help clients work through communication patterns, conflict, stress, trauma-related concerns, and life changes
- Document each session accurately and complete required clinical paperwork on time
- Coordinate care needs within appropriate clinical and ethical boundaries
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Use secure technology to deliver consistent remote mental health services
Requirements- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Active and unrestricted Texas LMFT license
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
