Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary

This position is built for a licensed clinician who wants structure, meaningful sessions, and a consistent weekday schedule. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will bring a relationship-focused lens to virtual therapy work. You will serve clients connected to Colorado through secure telehealth sessions, keeping care accessible from a private remote workspace. The position is structured, full-time, and focused on high-quality therapy rather than rushed interactions.
Responsibilities
• Document therapy work clearly and within required timelines
• Support clients with communication, conflict, life transitions, and emotional stressors
• Help clients identify patterns that affect relationships and daily functioning
• Track progress and adjust treatment goals when client needs change

Requirements
• Active Colorado LMFT license in good standing
