- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job SummaryThis remote LMFT position gives you the opportunity to support clients through relationship concerns, family stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. You will provide structured virtual therapy, create treatment goals, and help clients build healthier communication and coping skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct virtual therapy sessions
- Assess client needs and create treatment plans
- Provide support for couples, families, and individual clients
- Document sessions and progress notes on time
- Identify risk concerns and follow proper protocols
- Maintain a confidential remote therapy space
Requirements- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Virginia LMFT license
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
