Full Job Description
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Vermont
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

The Position

We're looking for an LMFT to provide therapy to clients throughout Vermont from a remote setting. The work includes individual, couples, and family sessions, with a focus on the issues that often bring people to therapy, including relationship difficulties, family conflict, stress, and major changes in life. You'll manage a regular schedule of virtual appointments and use your clinical training to guide each session based on what the client is dealing with. Along with direct therapy, you'll handle treatment follow-up and the documentation required for ongoing care.
