Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - Full-Time Virtual Role in IowaJob Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary:$115,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Develop and adjust treatment plans to align with client progress
- Offer guidance and support to individuals and families
Requirements- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Active LICSW license in Iowa
- Experience in telehealth, outpatient, or nonprofit settings is preferred
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
