You will partner with campus and corporate leadership to strengthen operations, support quality outcomes, develop team members, and ensure residents receive compassionate, dignified, and person-centered care.

What You'll Lead- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for healthcare operations within our 175-bed facility, including nursing and supporting services.
- Serve as a member of the Greencroft Goshen Management Group and contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the organization.
- Build and maintain a collaborative, accountable, and cohesive team environment.
- Establish operational goals that align with Greencroft's mission, vision, values, and commitment to resident-centered care.
- Promote a culture in which quality, safety, dignity, privacy, and respect are reflected in every resident interaction.
- Collaborate with campus and corporate leaders on quality-management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Guide healthcare operations through an exciting two-year facility remodeling project while supporting continuity of care and a positive resident experience.
- Protect and uphold the reputation of Greencroft Communities, Greencroft Goshen, its affiliates, and the individuals we serve.
- Provide thoughtful leadership regarding confidentiality, public relations, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field required.
- Current Licensed Health Facility Administrator credential in the State of Indiana required.
- At least five years of leadership experience in long-term care required.
- Previous management experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and team development.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
