Looking to make a difference in patients' lives every day? As a Behavioral Health Therapist - LCSW at Chapa-De Indian Health, you'll work alongside primary care providers to deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services in an integrated, team-based environment.

Salary: $91,400- $106,050 full time annual salary.

Duties:
  • Provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow-up referrals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, work with primary care providers and assist with program development.


Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a Behavioral Health Program.
  • Clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with adults, families and children.
  • Must be able to relate, understand, and have a working knowledge of the Indigenous Community.
  • BLS certification.
