Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
What the Work Looks LikeThis full-time telehealth position is centered on providing clinical social work services to clients across Hawaii. Your day will involve meeting with clients virtually, assessing their needs, providing therapy, and documenting their progress over the course of treatment.
Sessions may involve individuals, couples, or families working through mental health concerns and challenges affecting their everyday lives. The clinical focus is practical and ongoing: understanding what each client is experiencing, establishing treatment goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting the approach when their needs change.
Core Clinical Responsibilities- Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations
- Identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment goals
- Develop, review, and update treatment plans
- Help clients develop coping strategies they can apply in everyday situations
- Track client progress throughout treatment
- Modify care approaches based on clinical needs and progress
Requirements- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LCSW license in Hawaii
- Experience in clinical or behavioral health settings
- Strong understanding of therapy and treatment planning
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools
