Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - PennsylvaniaLocation: Altoona, PennsylvaniaJob Types: Full-timePay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefitsSchedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing therapeutic services to a diverse client population through evidence-based practices. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid setup based on your preferences.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Refer clients to appropriate community resources when necessary
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements- Active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (preferred)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
