Job SummaryWe are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services through a remote telehealth model. In this role, you will support clients through structured clinical sessions, help identify treatment goals, and provide practical support for mental health and emotional concerns.
Responsibilities- Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients
- Complete intake interviews and clinical assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling for common mental health concerns
- Track client progress and make treatment updates
- Maintain timely session notes and clinical records
- Follow telehealth privacy and security requirements
- Use professional judgment when addressing risk concerns
Requirements- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
- Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
- Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
- Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
- Excellent communication and professional judgment
