Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
SummaryAs an LCSW working remotely, you'll provide therapy that's goal-based and trackable-supporting clients through assessment, ongoing treatment, and measurable progress. You'll focus on consistent sessions, clear documentation, and coordinated care when referrals or additional resources are needed.
Responsibilities- Provide psychotherapy through telehealth with a consistent weekly caseload
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation
- Develop and revise treatment plans based on progress and client feedback
- Provide support around coping skills, behavior change, and stability planning
- Maintain compliance with documentation timelines and standards
- Identify community resources and coordinate referrals when appropriate
Requirements- Active Colorado license as LCSW (in good standing)
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience providing clinical therapy services (telehealth welcome)
- Knowledge of crisis protocols, screening, and referral pathways
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a remote team
