- $115,000-$120,000 per year

- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Provide remote mental health counseling through scheduled video sessions
- Assess client needs and determine an appropriate treatment direction
- Create individualized treatment plans and review them over time
- Support clients as they work through personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Keep documentation current, accurate, and aligned with clinical standards
- Maintain professional boundaries in a virtual care setting
- Use secure systems for client sessions, records, and communication
- Follow legal, ethical, and safety protocols for licensed counseling work
Requirements- Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing therapy in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth settings
- Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth tools
