Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role SummaryAs an LCMHC in this telehealth position, you will deliver individual mental health services within a structured clinical model. The focus is practical, outcome-driven care supported by consistent scheduling, defined processes, and a professional remote environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Provide individual therapy sessions remotely
- Create, adjust, and follow treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate with internal care teams as needed
- Uphold clinical quality and compliance standards
Requirements- Active North Carolina LCMHC license
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience in mental health treatment settings
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and EHRs
- Strong time management and communication skills
