Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM
Your Responsibilities:- Conduct individual therapy sessions via video call to help clients manage their mental health.
- Foster an open space for clients to explore their emotions and gain insights into themselves and their relationships.
- Provide client advocacy, assisting them in setting personal and therapeutic goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach, tailored to each client's needs.
Salary:
$115,000 - $120,000 annually plus full benefits.
Requirements- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
- Experience with a diverse client base and a range of mental health conditions.
- Strong interpersonal communication and trust-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
