Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in
Escondido,CA. Work under the direction of a psychologist with a team of experienced BCBAs.

Earn $110,000 - $115,000 annual salary, sign-on bonus eligible| Small Caseload | Flexible Schedule Our
BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis as assigned. They will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings for developing the behavior support plan. Our BCBAs work within a multidisciplinary setting.

- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Education/License/Certifications(s):
- Master's degree with Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California
- Experience: Minimum Required:
- 1-3 years experience providing behavior support for adults or adolescents with IDD and with mental health diagnosis.
- Demonstrated ability to support individuals with behavior challenges required.
- Competency in writing skills and effective verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability for onsite support
- Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
