Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services in Pike County.Responsibilities and Duties- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
- Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties:
- Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments.
- Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data during each session with the client.
- reduction of challenging behaviors--aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
- Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
- Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
- Provide role model appropriate behaviors.
- Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
- Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
- Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
- Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
- Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills- BACB Certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License is required.
- Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
- Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.
- One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
Salary:W2 employees $ 51- $60 per hour. Matrix covers 80% of your monthly health premium and provides 2-weeks paid time off at your main billable rate even for part-time positions. Performance bonuses.
