Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Salary Range: $108,000- $115,000 per year plus incentives, sign-on bonus eligible| Small Caseload | Flexible ScheduleLocation: Elk Grove, California (Residential, Community & Office-Based Services)Licensed BCBA in CaliforniaWe are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Elk Grove, California.
What You'll Do- Provide BCBA supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct care staff
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized BSPs
- Implement evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions
- Train and mentor staff, families, and support teams
- Monitor outcomes using behavioral data analysis and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (medical, behavioral, therapeutic)
- Document services in compliance with California regulations and organizational policies
- Deliver services in homes, community settings, and residential programs
Minimum Qualifications- Active BCBA Certification (BACB) - Required
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting IDD and/or behavioral health populations
- Experience managing challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, SIB, complex presentations)
- Strong documentation and communication skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:- Master's degree with Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California
- Two (2) years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications
- Demonstrated ability to support individuals with behavioral challenges
- Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills
- Capacity to train and mentor others
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability for onsite support
- Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
