Responsibilities: - Promote the philosophy, mission and objectives of Nexion Health Management, Inc. within all areas of daily operations
- Establish financial and program goals for the community
- Monitor and manage monthly budget
- Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff
- Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to properly execute community programs and services
- Ensure that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards ; and ensure that all services comply with state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement gui delines
- Follow regulatory guidelines for reporting incidents to the proper company and agency authorities
- All other duties, as assigned
Qualifications : - Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- 3+ years of administrator experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Excellent ability to supervise, instruct and motivate others
- Strong organizational , analytical , and communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently oversee all community operations
