Position SummaryAcuren is currently recruiting
IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technicians to support projects across the Central Region, providing crew leadership and ensuring safe, compliant execution of industrial work scopes.
- The position will be based out of Sarnia, ON
- Salary will be CA$55.00/hr based on certifications and experience
ResponsibilitiesThe IRATA Level 3 Technician will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of technicians assigned to the crew
- Review and approve timesheets and Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs), addressing deficiencies and providing constructive feedback
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, training, and ongoing skills development to team members
- Support the investigation and documentation of near misses, safety incidents, and non-conformances
- Act as the primary emergency contact, maintaining 24/7 availability by cell phone
- Step in to perform required services when additional personnel are unavailable
Requirements- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- Journeyman ticket (asset)
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract
